Cost and delivery time

The cost of delivery (for orders under PLN 199) depends on the chosen delivery and payment method and is as follows:

  • DPD Pickup - pickup point/parcel locker - PLN 10.90 gross
  • DPD courier, online payment - PLN 14.90 gross
  • DPD courier, cash on delivery - PLN 16.90 gross
  • Paczkomaty24, online payment – PLN 14.90 gross
  • Paczkomaty24, cash on delivery - PLN 16.90 gross
  • InPost courier, online payment - PLN 14.90 gross
  • InPost courier, cash on delivery - PLN 16.90 gross 
  • INTERNATIONAL PARCELS DPD courier, according to the current price list.
  • Pickup at a stationary point - PLN 0.00 gross only for prepaid orders.

The goods will be sent to the Customer within a maximum of 2 working days, counting from the day of order confirmation, and in the case of traditional bank transfer as the payment method - counting from the day the money is credited to the bank account.

Working days are understood as days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer. The choice of a specific delivery method and cost is made during the order placement. In the case of promotional campaigns or orders of higher value, delivery costs will be borne by ScentLoop, about which the Customer will be informed during the order placement.

During special promotions, the delivery time may be extended to a maximum of 7 days.

 

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by:

  • DPD courier company - estimated delivery time is 1 working day from the day following the dispatch of the parcel. The total order fulfillment time should not exceed 5 working days.
  • InPost company, via the Paczkomaty24 service - estimated delivery time is 3 working days from the day following the dispatch of the parcel. The total order fulfillment time should not exceed 7 working days.

 

HOW DO WE PROCESS ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS?

All orders placed on weekends or public holidays with online payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery are shipped on the next working day, with delivery expected on the following working day.

Example: An order placed on Saturday is packed and shipped on Monday, or on Tuesday if there is a large number of orders. Estimated delivery to the Customer, when choosing DPD courier, is Tuesday/Wednesday.

 

PICKUP IN STORE

Orders for pickup at a stationary point may have an extended processing time. Parcels are usually sent by DPD courier. The waiting time can range from 2 to 4 working days.

  • NOTIFICATION: The customer will be informed about the arrival of the parcel by SMS.
  • ORDER PICKUP: At the cash desk in the previously selected store, provide your name and surname or order number to pick up the parcel. No additional fees are charged.
