TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “HOLIDAY MEMORIES” CONTEST

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The contest is organized by Scent Loop, based in Łódź (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The contest is conducted on the Organizer’s profiles on Instagram and Facebook.
The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook). Meta bears no responsibility for the conduct of the contest.

§ 2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND CONTEST RULES
Participation in the contest is free and voluntary.
The contest runs from the date the contest post is published until September 20, 2026, at 23:59.
To participate in the contest, a Participant must meet the following requirements:
Follow or like the Organizer’s profile on Instagram or Facebook.
Post a comment under the contest post describing their favorite holiday memory.
Each Participant may submit any number of comments but may win only one prize.

§ 3. PRIZES AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
The prize in the contest is a scented candle from the Organizer.
A total of 10 prizes will be awarded in the contest (to 10 Winners selected collectively from the Instagram and Facebook platforms).
The 10 most interesting entries will be selected by a Contest Committee appointed by the Organizer, based on the creativity and originality of the responses.
The results will be announced on September 21, 2026, at 20:00, in a post or Story on the Organizer’s profiles.

§ 4. PRIZE COLLECTION
Winners are required to contact the Organizer via private message within 7 days of the announcement of the results in order to provide their shipping details.
Prizes will be shipped exclusively within Poland at the Organizer’s expense.

§ 5. PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer is the controller of the Participants’ personal data.
Personal data (first name, surname, shipping details, telephone number, and email address) will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and delivering the prizes.
